Scholarships
One of
the primary founding principles of Zeta Phi Beta
Sorority, Inc. is scholarship. The five pearls of Zeta -
the founders of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. - believed
strongly in higher education. Alpha Upsilon Zeta is
aligned with the founders' vision.
Each year
Alpha Upsilon Zeta provides scholarships to deserving
high school students who exemplify outstanding academic
achievement and intend to obtain a college
degree.
The chapter sponsors two formal
fundraisers to support these scholarships - the Stork's
Nest Dinner/Dance in June and the Soror Katherine Yarn
Scholarship Dinner in December. The 2008 Stork's Nest Dinner/Dance will be held on Saturday,
